We are a growing HVAC company in Highlands Ranch expanding our plumbing services and hiring a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. This role offers steady year-round work, strong compensation, and the opportunity to help grow a plumbing division within an established company.
We are looking for a professional who can work independently in the field while also collaborating with a team of HVAC technicians and support staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to homeowners
- Complete jobs independently and efficiently
- Work alongside HVAC technicians on combined system projects
- Follow Colorado plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Requirements (Required to Apply)
- Active Colorado Master Plumber License
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
- Residential service plumbing
- HVAC/plumbing coordination experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (occasional on-call may apply)
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year (DOE)
